141,000 attendees, 4,500+ exhibitors, and 6,000+ global media, content creators, and industry analysts recently gathered in Las Vegas at the 2025 Consumer Electronics Show (CES). The week-long event includes nonstop action, with all of the major consumer technology brands announcing the latest and greatest innovations for the year.
With the goal of making sure client news spread beyond the show floor, Uproar by Moburst held its biggest and most successful CES Media Showcase to date, connecting our clients – from top brands to innovative startups – with hundreds of consumer tech media for in-person product demonstrations and interviews.
At this curated, invitation-only showcase for clients and media, we connect the right media with the right brands to garner maximum attention and exposure. This year, reporters from CNN, CNET, Cheddar, Associated Press, BBC, CNBC, Digital Trends, Fast Company, Huffington Post, WIRED, and ZDNet met with our clients and tested out products – humanoid robots, robotic dogs, the next generation of home workouts, voice-activated appliances, the latest consumer audio products, sports-tech, a wearable device that allows legally blind people to see again, auto technology, personal care products, and more.
After the showcase, we hit the trade show floor running, supporting clients at their booths, arranging additional media interviews, and continuing conversations that started with connections at the Media Showcase.
The Results?
Lots of great national, international and trade coverage for our clients, disproving the theory that what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.
Our client Hyperice was featured on the Today Show in a segment focused on new gadgets from CES. Tech expert Jennifer Jolly highlighted the Nike x Hyperice boot as one of her favorite gadgets. Jennifer wore the boots during the segment and described them as “compression socks on steroids” with three modes of recovery – heat, air compression, and vibration.
Other coverage secured for our clients at CES this year included a ZDNET Best AI Tech of CES 2025 roundup, which featured Vasco’s Translator Q1, a CNET roundup of health tech highlighted eSight’s next generation eSight Go glasses, a POC Network in-depth interview with an Altec Lansing spokesperson focusing on the SoundRover View Wireless Speaker with Display, and a feature by CNET Senior Editor Lisa Eadicicco on how the Nike x Hyperice boot “squeezed and heated” her weary feet at CES 2025.
Along with media coverage, highly competitive awards are another important part of CES. We’re there to support our clients here too, working to craft compelling award entries that capture the win.
This year, our clients Altec Lansing and AIWA came away winners. Altec Lansing’s SoundRover View and AIWA’s Retro Boombox both won CES Twice Picks Awards honoring the best and most influential consumer technology at CES 2025.
Working with 150+ companies at CES over the last decade, we’ve cracked the code on what works to help brands large and small get maximum attention at the show. Last year, this CES success for our clients earned a silver award for Most Innovative Media Relations Campaign in the Bulldog PR Awards.
We’re already working on our plans for CES 2026; if you’ve got the next big thing in tech, contact us and let’s discuss how we can share your story.
