Tactics
To achieve Miro’s goals, we collaborated with 29 influencers from diverse niches, including tech enthusiasts, designers, and digital entrepreneurs. Each influencer showcased how Miro seamlessly integrated into their workflows, whether for managing projects, brainstorming ideas, or organizing tasks visually. The campaign relied heavily on YouTube for its storytelling potential, complemented by Instagram for broader visibility. Our content included how-to videos and real-world examples that resonated deeply with their audiences.
We ensured that every piece of content was optimized for discoverability, using YouTube-specific keywords and descriptions to increase organic reach. Real-time performance data allowed us to adjust strategies mid-campaign to continuously improve relevance and maximize impact.
Delivery and Results
Our campaign surpassed expectations, achieving 1,924,800 views—7% above the initial target—and a 4.9% engagement rate, outperforming industry benchmarks. The campaign also drove 3,534 new user sign-ups, tracked via unique influencer UTMs, at an efficient cost-per-sign-up of $16.39.
Beyond the numbers, through authentic storytelling, we were able to bring Miro’s advanced features to life, inspiring users to rethink the platform’s potential as a versatile tool for workflows, project management, and collaboration. This combination of strategic targeting, engaging content, and measurable results has positioned Miro for sustained growth in the years to come.
