NewDay USA was looking to elevate their Careers site to attract top talent by showcasing the exciting, growth-oriented environment at the company, with the goal of hiring 200 new employees this year. Moburst was tasked with designing a site that not only provided functional job listings, but also inspired candidates by reflecting NewDay USA’s dynamic culture and the professional and personal opportunities available within the company. The goal was to increase both the volume and quality of applicants by offering an authentic and engaging representation of life at NewDay USA.

Moburst approached the project with a focus on user-centric design, developing a site with intuitive navigation, detailed job descriptions, and compelling employee testimonials to present NewDay USA’s career opportunities and culture in an engaging way. To attract top talent, particularly those considering relocation, we emphasized West Palm Beach (WPB) as a premier fintech hub, highlighting its vibrant events and strong work/life balance. This positioning helped showcase the lifestyle benefits of working at NewDay USA. The site was further enhanced with smooth transitions and visually appealing elements to create a seamless user experience. By featuring personal stories and achievements, we connected with prospective candidates on a deeper level, inspiring them to envision their future at NewDay USA.

The newly launched site, which debuted in April 2024, marked a transformative step forward in NewDay USA’s recruitment strategy. Within just three months, the site generated over seven times the number of quality leads compared to the previous site over a six-month period and drove a twentyfold increase in candidate office visits. The conversion rate from lead to office visit also tripled from 3% to 9%. This revamped Careers site now serves as a powerful tool for NewDay USA’s recruitment efforts, effectively showcasing the company’s culture and opportunities in a way that resonates with ambitious job seekers.
