Objective
Say was a new app aimed at promoting genuine family connections by creating video chat groups and injecting entertaining interactions to inspire families to engage more. The challenge was to gain initial users and encourage them to invite others, creating a user base for people to interact with.
Tactics

We then conducted further testing and identified the most effective screenshot designs and app store videos.
