Creative Team Lead

We are looking for an exceptional Creative Team Lead to join our creative department. As a Team Lead, you will manage a team of designers, copywriters, and motion designers, ensuring exceptional creative output and seamless project execution. You will oversee client relationships and ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage a cross-functional team, providing direction, support, and mentorship to ensure top-tier work.
- Design Expertise: Leverage your design background to provide feedback and hands-on support when needed, ensuring design consistency and quality across all deliverables.
- Project Management: Oversee the successful execution of multiple client projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality control.
- Client Ownership: Serve as the main point of contact for the account team for your clients, ensuring their needs are met and presenting creative concepts and strategies.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment between creative, strategy, media, and client needs.
- Process Optimization: Continuously refine workflows and processes to improve efficiency and project outcomes.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or project management role within the design space, preferably in a digital agency.
- Proven design experience with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience designing and conceptualizing social media campaigns, performance marketing and/or CRO, with a strong ability to interpret creative performance metrics and consistently optimize for better results.
- Strong project and time management skills, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing complex projects with tight deadlines.
- High level of English
- Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.
- Strong understanding of design principles such as typography, hierarchies, color, and composition.
- Strong understanding of motion design and video production.
